Professional Profile:
Self-motivated leader with a broad skill set including application implementation, database administration, and Cisco VOIP. The last 2 years have a primary focus on MS SQL Server obtaining necessary certifications and experience required for proficiency. I devote much my personal time attending SQL users groups and conferences like SQL Saturday to continue building upon my knowledge base. • Migrated critical application databases from SQL Server 2000 to a SQL Server 2005 cluster.
• Shrinking critical application databases prior to migrating to new server
• Creating new databases
• Configure user security for new software implementation
• Configure and schedule maintenance jobs in SQL Server Agent 2000 and 2005
• Implementing and scheduling SSIS packages
• Backup and restore procedures
